obexd root is set to /tmp, should be /home/phablet

If You connect via bluetooth FTP to a Ubuntu Touch Phone (in my case BQ Aquaris E4.5), You will end up browsing it's /tmp, which is pretty confusing and not very useful to a normal user. You can change it with editing /usr/share/dbus-1/services/obexd.service and /usr/share/upstart/sessions/obexd.conf (probably only one of them is the right one), adding --root=/home/phablet parameter after /usr/lib/obexd/obexd and restart the device.
