blueman-applet crashed with KeyError in card_cb(): 'bluez.path'

1. this error is after upgrading from 11.10 to 12.04
2. there are two bluetooth-indicator in my task bar
3. while upgrading, the system prompted to keep/delete the obsolate package, i selected to keep.
