The issue is due to blueman, reassigning there, you should probably uninstall that and use gnome-bluetooth instead

It appears blueman is installing files for nautilus-sendto. Debian doesn't appear to install these files, so we'll just remove them.

This bug was fixed in the package blueman - 1.23-0ubuntu2

---------------
blueman (1.23-0ubuntu2) precise-proposed; urgency=low

  * Cherry pick fixes from 1.23-1:
    + Homepage field is a source declaration, not a binary
      - update debian/control
    + Drop XB-Python-Version from the binary package (missed in the initial
      dh_python2 conversion)
      - update debian/control
  * Don't install any files in /usr/lib/nautilus-sendto (LP: #956124)
    - update debian/rules
