Bug Description
Was cp'ing files to USB drive while upgrading packages (apt-get upgrade). Blueman was not in list of upgraded packages, but bluez was:
Setting up bluez (4.96-0ubuntu4) ...
* Starting bluetooth [ OK ]
Setting up bluez-alsa (4.96-0ubuntu4) ...
