This has also been reported at the Ubuntu Error Tracker, https://errors.ubuntu.com/bucket/?id=/usr/bin/blueman-manager%3Ablueman.bluez.errors.DBusInProgressError%3Amsg_reply_handler%3Aerr, hundreds of times including for Ubuntu 19.10.
