Bug Description

It was a release goal to: to have only Python 3 on the desktop CD images (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Python/3). It doesn't look like this will be reached in 12.10, but eventually it will and then blueman needs to move too.

It's landed in 2.0 but Debian's packaging hasn't changed to use it.

Hrm. Some s390x support issues are holding the upgrade in proposed. Specifically, we don't have a libappindicator build for s390x (because its mono deps aren't ready either).
