Doesn't render properly in 18.04+ (GTK 3.20+)

Love this theme but sadly it seems completely broken in Bionic and above (see screenshot attached.)

Shimmer Project has been maintaining Bluebird but they don't seem to have time/ability to fix either:

So it's probably EOL for Bluebird in Ubuntu :(

I believe the GTK2 variant works but most popular apps use GTK2 now.

Much to my surprise, someone has apparently re-created Bluebird for GTK3 by modifying Greybird: https://github.com/shimmerproject/Bluebird/pull/20

I haven't checked this out yet but would be great if Debian/Ubuntu could package. May need to be split out of the tree it's currently in...
