Binary package hint: blubuntu-theme
The blubuntu-theme 0.2-0ubuntu3 installs but does not appear in System, Preferences, Appearance menu
Installed using apt-get in Hardy 8.04 on 2/05/08

I can confirm that installing blubuntu-theme from the repo using Hardy does not show up as a selectable theme in System - Preferences - Appearance.
