Bug Description
In a default Ubuntu 7.10 installation with the the blubuntu-look metapackage installed, the theme selects the Tango icon theme, but tango-icon-theme is not drawn in as a dependency and is not installed in a default system.
As a result some icons revert to the Gnome set or use another theme.
Here is an offsite link to a screenshot of the theme applied, the icon set selected, and the icons reverting to Gnome.

Thanks for your bug report. I've file it against the blubuntu-look package. If you know the package that the issue occurs in, you should file it against it and not Ubuntu. This makes sure that the right developers get to see it.
