Ran Bleachbit and no Audio

BleachBit removed 815GB of files durring a clean and now I can't get Audio for HTLM5 video to work. From the output of the error list it looks like several other programs and files were also effected. All I wanted to do was clean my system that was running slow had malware from streaming TV from sites. I know I had malware due to bad Popups, getting adds, other DNS being changed, Other things being messed with despite having Add blockers, protection in place. So I felt that a deep clean was needed.
