Bug Description
I did not observe any behavioral problem, I just noticed the problem report icon when I logged into my system after an upgrade and restart. I don't understand what the problem is, all I know is the system is telling me something went wrong and that there is something to report, and it tells me "click to report the problem". If the problem reporting software is not providing enough information for you to figure out what component is having a problem, what versions of software are installed, and what the problem is (e.g. one or more core files, log files, stack traces, etc), then the mechanism is a complete pile of junk and should be removed from the UI.
