blcr-dkms 0.8.5-2: blcr kernel module failed to build

This happened after upgrade to 13.10.
After login I got back screen, therefore I reinstalled nvidia drivers and xorg. Tryed log in into gnome without any problems. When logged into unity got first "permission denied" pop up without any further message and then this crash report was generated.
