Bug Description

i have no idea.. i was updating and it came up... this version of ubuntu is really making me unhappy.. i used beta and then unstalled it downloaded the complete release still the error window keeps on coming eventhough everything looks just fine... can anybody tell me how to disable these windows permanently..
