Bug Description

$ cat /usr/lib/pkgconfig/blas-netlib.pc
prefix=/usr
exec_prefix=${prefix}
libdir=${exec_prefix}/lib
includedir=${prefix}/include

Name: blas
Description: The BLAS Basic Linear Algebra Subroutines library
Version: 1.2.20110419
Libs: -L${libdir} -lblas
CFlags: -I${includedir}

Seems like libblas.so placed in /usr/lib/libblas.so
But

$ dpkg -L libblas-dev
/.
/usr
/usr/lib
/usr/lib/pkgconfig
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/blas-netlib.pc
/usr/lib/libblas
/usr/lib/libblas/libblas.a
/usr/include
/usr/include/cblas.h
/usr/include/cblas_f77.h
/usr/share
/usr/share/doc
/usr/share/doc/libblas-dev
/usr/share/doc/libblas-dev/copyright
/usr/lib/libblas/libblas.so
/usr/share/doc/libblas-dev/changelog.Debian.gz

and the /usr/lib/libblas.so is simlink to /etc/alternatives/libblas.so which also may point to /usr/lib/openblas-base/libblas.so
