Bug Description

the BitTorrent package, as depended on by gnome-btdownload, which is part of ubuntu-desktop, starts a BitTorrent tracker by default.

This is
 a) silly

and

 b) Opens up a network port by default

lathiat@HvoqtaH:~$ sudo lsof -n|grep bttrack|grep LISTEN
bttrack.b 5771 root 3u IPv4 13431 TCP *:6969 (LISTEN)

This should be fixed :)

I also think this is not a great idea to start a bittorrent tracker service by default

Yeah. I noticed something about that indeed.
I don't want a tracker by default.
