Please sync birthday 1.6.2-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
The maintainer has switched, and a very useful patch has been applied (DBT #611113)

* New maintainer (Closes: 673226).
* debian/control: Standards-version updated to 3.9.3.
* debian/compat: upgraded to 7.
