Bug Description
The upstart configs for bird lack exec usage, resulting in the sh process from upstart kicking around post startup:
root 4756 1 0 12:04 ? 00:00:00 /bin/sh -e /proc/self/fd/9
bird 4758 4756 0 12:04 ? 00:00:00 /usr/sbin/bird -f -u bird -g bird
