Bug Description

According to https://clang.llvm.org/docs/CrossCompilation.html#target-triple, an "unknown" means "got with the defaults", which currently seems to be "none". But should we expect the default to be changed in the future? IMO it would be better to use "riscv64-none-elf". This would both be future proof (as changing what the default is for the sys part of the triple will have no effect) and it is more obvious (as users don't need to check what "unknown" for riscv64 currently is).
