Comment 29 for bug 443121

I learned a lot about Chrome, Arora, and Seamonkey while trying to figure out what froze my FF.
Just found this thread 10 minutes ago and finally got back up and running in FF.

I have thousands of bookmarks. No hope for me with bindwood until this is fixed.

Wrote a python script to be launched by System > Preferences > Preferred Applications > Mail Reader > Custom
to enable other browsers to do what FF does with Edit > Preferences > Applications > mailto
and will share it with any interested parties.
