Thanks for filing this bug in Ubuntu.

You seem to have downloaded a corrupted file/package:
dpkg-deb (subprocess): decompressing archive member: lzma error: compressed data is corrupt
dpkg-deb: error: subprocess <decompress> returned error exit status 2

I suggest you try the following commands:

sudo apt clean
sudo apt update
sudo apt -f install

If that doesn't finish correctly, then try:
sudo apt install --reinstall libdns-export162

Or just this if the --reinstall fails:
sudo apt install libdns-export162

Please let us know how it goes.
