[desktop-file] In french, the bubble that shows when we put the mouse on the icon to launch the program does not show the accents

Bug Description

Binary package hint: bibletime

as shown on the screen shot, the text on the bubble replace any letter with accent with a ?.

After looking at the desktop.file, it is in UTF8 but those letter are miss coded. It seems to be a problem on the cs translation too.

For the french, the file should show:
Comment[fr]=Un outil d'étude biblique facile à utiliser

After some research, this is a problem on the debian package. I reported it as bug 555887 on the debian bug tracker.
