Hi,

This package FTBFS because of missing package locales-all. it should build depend on language-pack-bg-base.

Here is part of the log:
Package locales-all is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package locales-all has no installation candidate
apt-get failed.
