beryl 0.2.1 not working with fglrx 8.35.5 / xserver-xgl

Binary package hint: beryl

I have manually installed and patched the fglrx 8.35.5 (http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Ubuntu_Feisty_Installation_Guide)
Direct Rendering works fine. The latest Version 0.2.1 of Beryl is NOT working. At the moment iam using beryl 0.1.9999.2~0beryl1.
I have read about the Problem here (http://forum.beryl-project.org/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=4046). They say it is fixed in current Releases but thats not right. When I use the latest Release of Beryl I can only start it with:
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/fglrx/libGL.so.1.2.xlibmesa beryl
anyway beryl-manager is not working correct than and after a few minutes of using beryl this way my Panel/Desktop are getting white.

I think the Problem has something to do with the fglrx or beryl itself. I think xserver-xgl is working fine because when i downgrade:

sudo apt-get install beryl=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1 beryl-core=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1 beryl-manager=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1 beryl-plugins=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1 beryl-plugins-data=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1 beryl-settings=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1 beryl-settings-bindings=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1 emerald=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1 libberyldecoration0=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1 libberylsettings0=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1 libemeraldengine0=0.1.9999.2~0beryl1

I have no Problems with Beryl but an old Version ;)
