mono crash while surfing with firefox 2.0

Bug Description

I was just surfing the web, doing nothing special, when a little window popped up advising me that mono had crashed. No idea where this comes from. Didn´t do anything unusual. Nothing running except firefox 2.0 and gaim 2.0.0beta3.1.

I am running Ubuntu 6.10 Final.

I encountered a similar or identical problem. I too had Firefox 2.0 and Gaim 2.0.0beta3.1 running. In my case, I was modifying my preferences in Gaim when the "mono crash" error appeared.

Running Ubuntu 6.10 (Final)...

I have encountered the same problem with the same programs running, Firefox 2.0, Gaim 2.0.0beta3.1, on Ubuntu 6.10. At the time I was starting Blender 2.42a, and just as it came up mono crashed.

Same problem. I was just browsing and clicked to return to previous page and mono crashed and knocked me completely off. I had to log back in to get to the net and then got the message that mono crashed.
