[mono2.0transition] Please merge beagle 0.3.8-2 from Debian Experimental

As part of the Mono 2.0 transition, this package must be updated to account for new build dependencies. An updated package exists in Debian Experimental, which requires the attached merge patch

    - debian/control:
      + Rename ice{weasel,dove}-beagle to {mozilla,thunderbird}-beagle
        and update the dependencies accordingly.
      + Packages that Depend/Recommend/Suggest firefox (meta-package) must
        alternatively Depend/Recommend/Suggest abrowser
    - debian/rules:
      + Install the mozilla-beagle and thunderbird-beagle extensions.
    - ice{dove,weasel}.dirs:
      + Renamed to {mozilla,thunderbird}-beagle.dirs.
      + Fixed paths to point to usr/lib/{firefox,thunderbird}

beagle (0.3.8-2) experimental; urgency=low

  * Group Policy:
    + get-orig-source target in debian/rules.
  * debian/rules:
    + updated to re-generate autotools files, and clean them when needed
  * debian/patches/:
    + fix_build_system.dpatch added, use csc instead of gmcs
  * debian/control:
    + Build-Depends-Indep updated

       closing the LP bug ,...
