Bug Description
Binary package hint: beagle
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 8.04.1
Release: 8.04
$ apt-cache policy beagle
beagle:
Instalado: 0.3.3-2ubuntu1
Candidato: 0.3.3-2ubuntu1
Tabela de versão:
*** 0.3.3-2ubuntu1 0
500 http://
100 /var/lib/
Expected: for beagle to delete files when right-cliking and choosing "Mover para a lixeira" (perhaps "move to trash" in english)
Happened: Nothing
Reason: this is because the dir .Trash did not exist.
I'd suggest that beagle should check for it, and, in case it does not exist, create it (perhaps as a link to ~/.local/
Creating the dir seems to have corrected the problem
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner.
Beagle, the search software, is no longer included in Ubuntu. Unrelated genetic analysis software named beagle has now been uploaded to Ubuntu's archives for the next version of Ubuntu. Therefore, to avoid confusion, I am closing this bug.
