I tried installing both drivers presented by jockey. Neither seemed to work. I don't know which one. Afterwards jockey still presents the STA driver as available to install (I didn't do so), so I guess it was the driver with the number. Sorry that I don't remember its name.

After I rebooted, however, wireless was working. lsmod after the boot:

I also have a (apport) box that says:

"Sorry, the package "initramfs-tools 0.98ubuntu2 failed to install or upgrade."

Reported through apport to bug # 638192.

Still another says:
"Sorry, the package bcmwl-kernel-source 5.60.48.36+bdcom-0ubuntu5 failed to install or upgrade"

Again reported automatically through appport bug #638199.
