APT errors after failed bcm43xx-fwcutter install

As per Bug 127624 this package is broken, due to an upstream hosting issue.

As such, it will not fully install, and fails during the installation.

Simply run the following to remove the package, and it will no longer error out.

`apt-ger remove bcm43xx-fwcutter`
