Bastion will not download in Software Center

I bought the game Bastion from the Software Center today and to my dismay I am unable to download it. The progress bar sits at 0 bytes though the progress animation arrows are spinning at the top of the window.

I am running Zorin OS 9 64-bit edition on an Acer Aspire 5733Z laptop.

I figured it had something to do with an OS installation problem or lack of software updates so I completely reinstalled Zorin OS 9 to start fresh and updated software through the Software Updater. After a restart, I selected the option to install software packaged by Canonical for their partnters as well as the Source Code.

The issue still remains the same through all of this. The game just wont download......

Is there a series of commands I can use through the terminal to install it?

Am I missing something here?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello! Bastion does not download. I apt-get'd it. just sits there at 0%, "working".

Give me my money back or fix this, NOW.

Why hasn't this been addressed? I expect very quick solve on this or I will never buy another thing from the store again.

After I used Ubuntu Software Center and got no joy (it sat there at infitum), I went cli to see what is going on. This is apt-get showing me it's not buggy software center but the download itself.

I thought I would also add that I am using vanilla xubuntu 14.04 lts 64 bit edition.
