Upgraded from 14.10 to 15.10 failed... can't even use keyboard on boot up to 15.10 OS. So now booting old version 14.10 OS & get an update for FireFox which fails. On the 15.10 upgrade, it hung when asking info to use Microsoft Fonts... the OK button would not activate using the ENTER key... couldn't seem to get any response from the install program & the computer otherwise so had to hard reset computer to bail out. Later figured out that the Microsoft Font prompt could have been activated using the left or right key.
