Bug Description
In Ubuntu 13.04, the terminal had a menu, integrated into the top panel, that would allow me to configure settings/
So far, in Ubuntu 13.10, I cannot access this menu: while my terminal's window has focus, the menu doesn't show up when I hover my mouse over the top panel.
Hopefully I've associated this bug with the correct package.
I'm specifically trying to address the default terminal in Ubuntu Unity 13.10. There is nothing that would indicated it's package's name, but pstree showed me this:
├─lightdm─
│ ├─lightdm─
│ │ │ │ ├─gnome-pty-helpe
│ │ │ │ └─3*[{/
So, I'm assuming the package is xterm. If it is not, please help me associate this bug with the proper package.

I did find alternative way to change my preferences by right-clicking in the terminal and going to preferences. But, the fact that the panel menu is gone still remains.
