Autocompletion fails on "user:group" arguments

bash-completion (Ubuntu)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: bash-completion

On typing

 $ chown XX[TAB]

the autocompletion returns

 $ chown USERNAME\:

(terminated by a space). This is obviously not correct. It should be "chown USERNAME:" without spaces added.

However,
 $ chown USERNAME:XX[TAB]
works fine
