Completion suggests rsync --copy-devices is available

Bug Description

If you use tab completion with rsync it shows --copy-devices as a suggestion, even though that patch hasn't been merged.

Resolving bug #728227 would also resolve this. Otherwise the completion should be removed, for which I've attached a minimal patch.
