Bug Description
Installs of Ubuntu Studio 64bit fail due to missing kernel packages.
Earlier today, I successfully installed 32bit Sudio from the alternate image.
Just now, I attempted to install 64bit Studio from the 64bit alternate image.
During the install, d-i popped up a dialog asking me what kernel to install. The only options available were a linux rt headers package and "none".
I hit that one anyway, and went on. Installation completed, and on reboot, the only boot option was memtest86.
It looks as though the 64 bit iso has no actual kernel image packages... only headers.
The 32bit iso at least has a linux-generic image package...
In any case, it is impossible to install a booting 64bit Ubuntu Studio system at this time due to the missing kernel packages.
There is a kernel there - it's just the preempt flavour. It looks as though somebody changed the amd64 kernel flavour on Ubuntu Studio but forgot to tell the installer team about this.
