Bug Description
I've a brand new oneiric server installation.
I've launched aptitude and it screamed that it had no lock file or something.
I've looked around and truly, the previous /var/lock links to /run/lock and /run/lock doesn't exist! So I created it and aptitude worked.
I would imagine that /run/lock would be created by base-files same way /var/lock is created...
