Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
Ubuntu Lucid, all updates installed
1. Log in at a console.
What happens:
* "Checking for a new ubuntu [sic] release"
* "No new release found"
What should happen: If there isn't a new version available, as there won't be 99.9% of the time, Ubuntu should just be quiet about it.

RM's, I proposed this for Lucid, and because of my super-cow powers it's auto-accepted. I'd like you to review this please, it's a small nit. Should be a one-line fix.
