FFe: Update to 3.16

Please update baobab to version 3.14. Nearly all of the code changes are bugfixes or changes to work better with our current version of gtk+.

A patch from upstream git is included in the debdiff to fix lp:1393333

Laney, I would kind of consider the UI changes such as using GtkHeaderBars, more a feature than a bugfix, but if you think it doesnt require an FFe then all the better.
