Items in side pane not mirrored in right-to-left languages

Bug Description

For right-to-left languages like Arabic and Persian, the side bar is aligned to
right but items that displayed in side bar isn't aligned from right-to-left.

That doesn't happen in Rhythmbox.

Note that the icons must be displayed in right side of the side bar,and also the
text is displayed beside the icons and left of them.
