Bug Description

When the cover art display is enabled (in the bottom left corner) resize that panel does not resize the cover art to fill the whole area. However, the image is being scaled - it switches between sharp and blurred versions as I stretch the panel. It is as if the image is being resized to image_width+(panel_width%2).

See attached video demonstrating the problem. When the anel is larger than the image, the image gets scaled (you can tell when it goes blurry). But not to the size of the panel area.
