Bug Description

Binary package hint: banshee

I was listening to a few songs, one song finished to play and then banshee crashed, not surprising though since it's crashing every day for something different, i've already reported those bugs. I'm attaching the log.

Me too. Banshee frequently crashes between songs. I can't tell if it's when playback for a song finishes or playback for the next song starts, or if maybe Banshee is trying to crossfade them or something.

summary: - banshee crashed after finished to play a song
+ Banshee sometimes crashes at the end of a song

Me too. I started Banshee with the Terminal, so maybe you can see why it crashs.

It just closes. I'll wonder, "Why is it quiet?" And I find that Banshee has closed/crashed. It only happens at the end of a song, so it's never jarring.

I'm having this problem too. It usually crashes after every song, but sometimes it plays a few songs before crashing.

From memory I think the problem started when I upgraded to Ubuntu 13.10.
