Bug Description

command options like --play and --next do not work the first time banshee is started from the command line.
By 'do not work' i mean do not start playing on a banshee config with music already imported.

I believe these options should work without double invocation (they work if the banshee interface is already up).

It would be nice to have another option to choose the playlist or section (music, videos, radio) that the options would work on though.

There are terrible terrible hacks to work around this on the net, like collecting all files on the Music filesystem dir, 'enqueueing' them on the first invocation, fork a shell, wait on it, and then invoke banshee --play, but they all suck.
