Bug Description
When Banshee hangs and/or crashes (and, sadly, it does this quite a lot), Ubuntu's bug reporting tool takes over and asks what sort of problem I've had with Banshee. It lists four options:
* The Banshee interface is not working correctly
* No sound is being played
* Some audio files are not being played correctly
* The Ubuntu One Music Store is not working correctly
Although technically all of these options are true (if the program crashes, then all of its features are not working correctly), selecting any of them doesn't seem useful, and selecting some of them requires you to go through additional dialog screens.
It seems odd to have to do this when the bug reporting tool is coming up automatically because it has detected a crash. Surely it should know that a crash took place and guide the software-specific bug questions accordingly?
