LiveRadio plugin dosen't play the shoucasts stations

Binary package hint: banshee

When i try to reproduce a radio station using shoucast from liveradio plugin it dosen't play anything and some times it crash

TEST CASE:
1. Start Banshee
2. Enable the LiveRadio extension
3. Navigate to the LiveRadio source
4. Activate the Shoutcast plugin
5. Verify that the genres get loaded.
6. Click on SHOUTcast.com, choose a genre, and attempt to play a stream.
7. Verify that it works.

I have a problem. The LiveRadio plugin works on all radio sources except Shoutcast. When the Shoutcast plugin is enabled, the plugin appears to work. It allows you to select the music genre and downloads the relevant stations, but when I select it a station, the indicator says 'Contacting', then nothing happens

I have attached the output of the command 'banshee --debug'.

I am running Ubuntu Lucid, 64 bit version.

Exactly the same bug is reported here (http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.gnome.mono.banshee/8718), so this seems to be a consistent problem with some or all versions of Ubuntu Lucid. Surely this bug needs to be upgraded from 'Incomplete' now?

1.6.1-1ubuntu1~lucid1 is waiting in lucid-proposed unapproved queue. It needs approval from ubuntu-sru to be accepted. I don't see a patch on this bug (or the other three addressed by the same upload) for them to approve. I don't see a test case for it to be tested with.
