Bug Description
Instructions to reproduce:
- Right-click on desktop, select "Create launcher...", create a launcher for "unity --replace", optionally with a custom icon
- Double-click the icon - unity will reload
- Hit Ctrl-Alt-T to open a terminal - the terminal is identified in unity's launcher with the name and icon of the desktop launcher created above. Any other keyboard shortcut defined via compiz will do.
Screenshot attached (ignore the black region at the top, which is a separate issue between the panel shadow and gnome-screenshot).
If I understand the roles of each package correctly, this is likely to be a problem with bamf.

By the way, I'm using the bamf currently in -proposed, and I don't know if this problem is present in the version currently in main.
