Rhythmbox doesn't show on the launchbar while running

Rhythmbox along others like Blender doesn't show on the launchbar

Now it works but, all the new installed programs ( launchbar icons ) from first session were erased from the launchbar.

Rhythmbox along other apps like Blender doesn't show on the launch-bar after application is opened and won't show in the Alt+Tab either. But it will work after reboot. This was the first session after fresh install.
