Reduce the dependency of bamfdaemon on the libunity-webapps0 package

Bug Description

There is currently no way to remove the Unity Web Apps integration (libunity-webapps0, unity-webapps-service packages) from Ubuntu without also removing bamfdaemon, indicator-appmenu, libbamf3-0, ubuntu-desktop, unity.

Please reduce the dependency of bamfdaemon on the libunity-webapps0 package to at least recommended so users that do not use Web Apps integration can uninstall it.

I deleted the /usr/share/dbus-1/services/com.canonical.Unity.Webapps.Service.service file, so the service wouldn't autostart, and never noticed any problems, so, perhaps, dependency is not crucial?
