unity interface slowdown and freeze

Ubuntu 12.10 64 bit, VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GT218 [Quadro NVS 300]
Unity interface initially work well after some time slow down; impossible to move a window, write or open a application, only text console (crtl+alt+f1) works well the graphich environment slow down and the system is inusable and needs reboot. Cpu usage for compiz, unity-panel-service, hud-service, bandfaemon increase dramatically.
