No launcher icon or Alt+Tab entry for LibreOffice windows sometimes

Bug Description

There is no launcher icon or Alt+Tab entry for LibreOffice windows sometimes, or only some allocated empty place on the launcher which acts as the actual LibreOffice icon. Super+W works and reveals these "hidden" windows.
