If the Online Accounts dialogue is accessed in System Settings or via the Gwibber Edit > Accounts menu , it's description is shown in the Panel as 'Empathy Internet Messenger'.

It may be that the description is 'Online Accounts' if it is first run from System Settings and the 'Empathy Internet Messenger' description is only fixed when it is run from Empathy > Accounts
