Bug Description
I have emacs in the launcher, but when I started from the launcher, the window is added as a separate thing. I unlock the old icon, lock the new one, close emacs, start it again, and repeat.

Possibly related, when I start it from the commandline as "emacs", the same thing happens (it doesn't get picked up by the launcher icon). When I start it as "emacs23" I briefly get *two* icons in the launcher.
